Sheldon joined Johnson Group as a sales associate in February 1983 and was promoted to Vice President in 1987.  With 22 years of experience in sales and leasing of office, industrial, land, and investment properties, Sheldon has participated in transactions cumulatively valued at over 135 million dollars and totaling over 2.8 million square feet of space.  In 1992 Sheldon was awarded the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation, and in 1996 Sheldon was awarded the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) designation -both very sought after and prestigious designations in the field of real estate.  Sheldon was the 1998 President of the St. Louis Chapter of SIOR and has served in the past as both Vice President and Treasurer.  In 1999 he was awarded the prestigious SIOR Broker of the Year award.  Sheldon is also a Director of the Commercial Board of the St. Louis Association of Realtors.  Sheldon and his wife Sarah have two daughters named Katherine and Elizabeth. Sheldon’s hobbies include skiing, golfing, traveling, oil painting and real estate investment.
